The Directory is for official use only by Adelphi University and its affiliates, and its use for any other purpose is strictly prohibited, except as expressly allowed below.

The Directory was compiled in the following manner: (a) Adelphi University provided Harris Connect with the most recent biographical information in its files; (b) Harris Connect attempted to update mailing addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail address and other contact information through third party vendors with whom Harris Connect executed confidentiality agreements; and (c) Harris Connect made commercially reasonable efforts to verify the biographical information provided to Harris Connect with each individual by mail, e-mail and/or telephone. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Directory may contain inaccuracies, errors and omissions. To report any inaccuracies, errors or omissions, please contact Adelphi University.
HARRIS CONNECT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE DIRECTORY WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE ON THE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION ON YOUR COMPUTER. THE DIRECTORY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. In no event will Harris Connect and/or Adelphi University, their respective shareholders, members, directors, managers, officers, employees, agents or affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from loss of data or business interruption) arising out of your use of the Directory or the inclusion of your biographical information in the Directory, even if Harris Connect and/or Adelphi University has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Harris Connect will not be liable for any loss or damage exceeding the purchase price of the Directory.
